Designed and built to meet the most demanding conditions Ultra Rod Ends feature a metal to metal loading zone for increased load capability. The injection molded Nylon/PTFE race is self-lubricating; designed to keep the grit out and the ball rolling smoothly. The body and ball are heat treated this, coupled with rolled rather than cut thread (UNF), deliver a robust high strength rod end. The Chromoly series bodied rod ends are chrome plated to ensure they look good after many hours of use.

As an outcome of precise tight tolerance construction methods and a hidden teflon mat these rod ends have a precision fit even with hours of use. With the double spiggot's no spacers are required when mounting.

Designed and built as an economy Rod End, Ultra Carbon Steel Rod Ends feature a press fit race for smooth operation. The body and ball are heat treated, this coupled with rolled rathed that cut thread (UNF), deliver a robust high strength rod end. The Carbon Steel series bodied rod ends are zinc coated to ensure they look good after many hours of use.
All rod ends come with one jam nut standard, no need to go looking for it in our store.

Aluminium Imperial & Metric (Male & Female)
Designed and built with weight reduction in mind amd to hold up to the most demanding conditions Ultra Rod Ends feature a metal to metal loading zone for increased load capability. Used primarily in performance applications where weight reduction and strength are a priority, aluminium rod ends are on average half the weight of their steel based equivalent and keeping a load rating equivalent to the Carbon Steel version. The injection molded Nylon/PTFE race is self-lubricating; designed to keep the grit out and the ball rolling smoothly. The ball is heat treated and chrome plated, delivering a robust high strength rod end. The Aluminium bodied series rod end come anodized in Natural, Red or Black finish to ensure the look good after many hours of use.

Tube Bung Imperial & Metric
Our weld in threaded tube bungs are machined to precise tolerances from easily weldable mild steel. These are an effective way of adapting rod ends to a variety of applications, the right mushroom shape of these bungs allows for easy and precise welding. They are avaliable in both right and left hand thread all coming in UNF.
For those looking for a solution with no welding, we are able to custom make arms and linkages where the tube is swaged and threaded (metric or imperial) to take a rod end.
Imperial Size: 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 3/4 Hex, 7/8
Metirc Size: 10x1.25, 12x1.25, 14x1.25
3/4 Hex bung is made from 4140 chromoly.
Urethane Ends
Ultra Urethane Ends are designed and built to help reduce vibration in a suspension arm, they are 4130 chromoly, black oxide to ensure they look good after many hours of use,
They can be used in road cars as well as race cars.

Designed and built to meet the most demanding conditions Ultra Spherical Bearings feature a metal to metal loading zone for increased load capability. Featuring a hidden teflon mat for self-lubrication and smooth running; designed to keep the grit out and the ball rolling smoothly. The ball is heat treated to ensure it is long lasting.

High Misalignment Spacers
Made from a chrome steel with durability and corrosion protection in mind. Allows the misalignment of the rod end to go much further than without the spacer.
